At Ridown Group I own entire product lifecycles across five production platforms. I architected PenX, an enterprise penetration-testing platform used by security teams to scope engagements, orchestrate scans, generate structured vulnerability reports, and track remediation. I led the technical architecture for Evolve Club, a UK-based subscription bundle product, designing the partner-integration layer, upsell workflows, and Direct Debit billing infrastructure aligned to UK Direct Debit scheme rules via Bottomline — including automated retry logic, advance-notice flows, and reconciliation against external financial providers. I built Echo (OneHive), an AI-powered meeting assistant, owning the full backend: recording pipeline, transcription via Recall AI and AssemblyAI, analytics generation, and the REST API layer. Additionally, I shipped CyberSentry CRM (vulnerability-reporting platform for enterprise clients) and a Shopify + eSimGo eSIM storefront with webhook-driven order automation that eliminated all manual processing.

At Asteria Aerospace I engineered the core drone operations features of SkyDeck, an enterprise-grade ground control platform. I built Drone Heading, Trial, and Positioning controls that improved overall product effectiveness by 3x, and implemented the Re-focus capability that delivered a 10x improvement in data accuracy, eliminating recurring complaints about choppy drone positioning from enterprise customers. I architected the Resource Utilization Dashboard end-to-end (frontend and backend), giving customers real-time visibility into drone fleet usage and replacing manual spreadsheet-based reporting. I also built the customer-facing Service Portal with Jira Issue Collector integration, streamlining bug reporting and accelerating support-to-engineering resolution times.
